Skyview Builders is a full-service design build company serving the high-end custom residences and estates market of Fairfield County and Westchester County. We built our company on the understanding that quality construction is not enough.
Distinctive high-end residences are true collaborative efforts, and our reputation has been forged on our unique ability to synthesize the needs of each project as well as the needs and experiences of each client, design team and builder.

From its inception, Skyview Builders has set out to foster strong commitments from their team members. Many employees have been with the company for a long time. Paul Gudas
President + Founder
Paul Gudas began developing his interest in construction at a young age while working on job sites alongside his father. His natural talent paired with many years of hands-on experience and passion for construction and design. Paul moved to Connecticut 2004 and a year later he started his own carpentry business which, in 2008 evolved into a construction company Skyview Builders together with his wife. Since then, he has spent his entire working career in custom luxury residential home-building. Paul’s hands-on involvement at Skyview Builders guarantees that even the most ambitious projects are built with the highest technical standards and integrity. Paul is a board member of Sustainable Westport and a HBRA member.
Boga Davidson
Chief Financial Officer
Boga Davidson is an experienced financial professional with a strong finance professional skilled in the Construction and Real Estate industry. Boga has been with the company for 8 years. Before joining SVB she worked in real estate and also had her own roofing company. Boga has extensive experience in accounting and taxes – she has an accounting degree from Sacred Heart and is an excellent photographer.

SVB has a team of licensed architects and engineers on board.
